The J & A Power Discharge Pump is designed to be used to aid in the removal of water from pedicure spas. A discharge pump helps the process of draining water from the pedicure foot tub and the drain pipe in the base. The power discharge pump is a motorized device which pushes the water out. If the drain in the foot tub is lower than the drain escape on the wall, then a discharge pump is needed to help get rid of the water. The majority of pedicure spas do not come with a discharge pump as standard factory equipment.
